Airlie Beach to Hill Inlet is what we do the best ! Offering more time at this glorious end of the Whitsunday Island, you will not feel rushed with two hours to take in the view from the lookout and explore the beauty at beach level.
This lookout is the second most photographed location in Australia. One of the key reasons we choose to extend your time at this iconic destination!
Located along the sheltered SE edge of Whitsunday Island, both the lookout and beach are accessed by a short bush walk from Tongue Bay.
Hill Inlet Beach Schedule
Upon arrival from Airlie Beach to Hill Inlet, a brief talk is given. We then take you ashore for a guided tour through diverse vegetation. Here you can learn about the Ngaro People, likewise the Whitsunday Island flora and fauna with signs at the beginning and also along the track.
Be sure to have your camera ready when you arrive at the vista. The ever changing breathtaking views are the most photographed in the Whitsundays.
The guided walk is optional. You can also choose to explore the beach, or relax on Whitehaven Xpress.
